In these graphs, the intensity of the tests increases over the days, starting with gentler tests on the first day until it reaches the maximum of excitement on the last day.

Before starting the challenge, it is important to follow some basic rules:

• It is important that before the game the conditions of each player are discussed and everyone sets their limits.
• Players must choose a safeword to say when they want to stop any of the actions performed during each of the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants have a high level of trust in each other.
• There must be a master role and a submissive role, which can alternate during the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around your neck.
• It should not be tied down.
• It should be played with a pair of round-tipped scissors within reach in case the sub feels overwhelmed
