How does it work

• Ami 1 is a basic ball, the largest and lightest of the trio. We recommend starting with this ball if you are inexperienced, have never done Kegel exercises (tightening the vaginal muscles) or have just had children.

• Once you have started with Ami 1 and notice that you are holding it without any effort, it is time to move on to Ami 2. It is also recommended for women with some vaginal tightening, who can skip the first ball and move directly on to Ami 2.
• Ami 3 is the smallest but also the hardest, the last level of the program for experienced women.
