What is atrophic vaginitis?

Atrophic vaginitis is a disorder that consists of the thinning of the walls of the vagina and a reduction in its lubrication. Which leads to greater vaginal dryness and inflammation.

How is INTIMICHIC DILATOR used?

It involves first applying a little water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina (about the volume of a chestnut) and massaging gently for 2 or 3 minutes.

Next, take the smallest INTIMICHIC DILATOR element. Apply lubricant evenly to the tip in equal proportions.

Next, press to insert it into the vagina in a gentle and progressive way. If you notice dryness, add lubricant.

You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes by making small rocking movements. It is important to remember that contraction of the vaginal muscles is detrimental, so if this occurs, the exercise must be stopped.
