Instructions:

1. Clean the nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry the nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers one side at a time. Make sure your nipple is in the center of the nozzle cover when applying. If you are not satisfied with the result, move on and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover onto the skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use a brush, nails or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean the nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a gentle body wash.
2. Wash the nipple covers by hand and do not dry them in the sun.
