• Remove the protective film from the self-adhesive push-up pads.

• Apply the self-adhesive push-up pads individually to the inside of your bra cup.

• Gently press the pads to smooth the adhesive and adhere it to the inside of the bra cup.

• Wash the adhesive part of the pads by hand with warm water and then air dry.

• Once completely dry, cover with the protective film to prevent dust from settling on the adhesive parts and affecting their reusability.

• Tip: Apply the self-adhesive push-up pads to the center of the bra cups to achieve the desired push-up effect, OR apply the pads more to the outside of the bra cups for an instant cleavage effect.
