Instructions:
Cleanse your skin of all oils and creams. Then dry your skin with a soft towel and place the bottom of the U-shaped bra just below your bust line. When the base is secure, apply each cup to your chest. Remove the protective film, carefully place the adhesive wings on either side of your torso and gently press the cups and wings to spread the adhesive onto the skin and ensure optimal support
